Loudonville, N.Y. - The Siena men's lacrosse team will be serving as special volunteers at the annual Center for Disability Services telethon on Sunday. The event which will be broadcast live on FOX23 News will take place at the Holiday Inn Albany on Wolf Road. This marks the second straight year that the team will be lending a helping hand in this annual fundraiser.

Actor/comedian Fred Willard will co-host the event which airs from noon to . ..m. and will be joined by special guests Shelley Duncan of the New York Yankees and wide receiver Steve Smith of the Super Bowl bound New York Giants. The trio will be available to meet with fans and sign autographs throughout the afternoon.

Last year, members of the men's lacrosse team assisted in answering phones and accepting donations on behalf of the center, which generated over $1.7 million in donations.
