Madison, Miss. - Southern Miss redshirt sophomore Paul Apyan shot a final round 74 to earn an eighth-place finish at the Bank of America Intercollegiate, being played at the Reunion Golf Country Club in Madison, Miss.

Apyan finished with a two-under 214, seven shots behind winner Zach Sucher of UAB. Ole Miss' Jonathan Randolph finished with a seven-under 209.

Sophomores Wes Carter and Tyler Sparks finished in a tie for 43rd-place. Sparks shot a final round 72, and Carter closed with a 75 for a three-round total of 224 strokes.

Junior Rocky Cleland shot a final round 80 for a total of 231 strokes to finish in a tie for 61st-place. Senior Kyle Ramey rounded out the scoring for the Golden Eagles, closing with a final round 81 to finish with 232 strokes and a tie for 63rd-place.

UT-Chattanooga won the team competition with a three-round total of 852. LSU finished in second with 856 strokes. Southern Miss finished in a tie for 11th-place with Memphis, shooting a three-round total of 890.

Southern Miss concludes its regular season April 20-22 when it travels to Texarkana, Ark. for the Conference USA Championship.
