Ames, Iowa - Senior quarter miler Cornelius Duncan recorded a season-best time of 46.60 in the 400 meters at the Iowa NCAA Qualifier Saturday, qualifying for the 2008 Indoor Track and Field Championship at Fayetteville, Ark., Mar. 14-15.

Duncan's time was good enough to rank sixth among the nation's leaders in the event. This is the first time for Duncan to compete in the Indoor Championships.
