HOUSTON (SMU)--The SMU women's tennis team fell to No. 48 Tulsa Saturday in the semi-final match of the Conference USA Championship. The Mustangs finish their season with an 11-10 record.

Tulsa won the doubles point by defeating Lindsay Norman and Sarah Acosta at No. 3, 8-1, then downing Kristen Reid and Nicole Briceno at No. 2, 8-4.

In singles, Norman and Acosta both lost in straight sets at Nos. 5 and 6, respectively. Natalia Bubien, currently ranked 105th in the country, dropped her match at No. 1, 7-5, 6-1 to end the match.
