ST. BONAVENTURE, N.Y. - The St. Bonaventure softball team's home opening doubleheader against Atlantic 10 affiliate George Washington on Sunday has been pushed back one hour to give the grounds crew time to prepare the field for its first action of the season following wintry weather over the past week. First pitch is scheduled for noon.

The Brown and White will make their first home appearance of the 2008 campaign after playing all 18 games of this season's 8-10 start on the road.

After suffering through a seven-game losing streak earlier this year during their spring break trip to Florida, St. Bonaventure has captured wins in seven of its last 10 contests, including a 3-1 beginning in Atlantic 10 action.
