After winning its fifth straight BIG EAST series, the St. John's baseball team returns home for a non-conference game against Princeton at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 22.
The teams have met 34 times in a series that began in 1967 and St. John's leads the all-time series 19-15. Prior to renewing the series in 2002, the teams had not met since 1987. The Red Storm has won the past four games, all of which have been played in Queens. St. John's is 6-4 all-time at home against the Tigers.

George Brown is now 8-0 on the season and is tied for ninth place all-time for wins in a single season.
Brown also moved into a tie for tenth place all-time with 21 career victories.

With two saves against Pitt, Colin Lynch now has 12 saves on the year and 23 for his career. Lynch trails just Craig Hansen (26) for the school record. Lynch and Hansen are the only two players in school history to reach the 20 save plateau.

Paul Karmas and Brian Kemp are tied for the team lead with 14 multi-hit games. Karmas is also tied with Carlos Del Rosario for the team lead with eight multi-RBI games.
Seven players have at least 20 RBI this season and four of those players are newcomers.
Scouting The Princeton Tigers
Princeton enters the game with a 16-20 record, including an 8-8 record in Ivy League play.
The Red Storm and Tigers have had four common opponents this season. The Tigers dropped a pair of games against UNC and split a four-game set with Columbia. Princeton is also 1-1 in games against the BIG EAST, defeating Rutgers 1-0 and falling to Seton Hall 8-4.
The offense is paced by Spencer Lucian and his team-best .422 batting average. Lucian also leads the team with 11 doubles and has 27 RBI.
Jack Murphy provides the power in the lineup with a team best seven home runs. Murphy also leads the team with 34 RBI and a .639 slugging percentage.
Langford Stuber is expected to start for Princeton. The lefty is 1-2 with a 6.86 ERA over seven appearances, including four starts.
