Yesterday was a tough one on the golf course. It was raining the entire round to go along with some wind. I got a little unlucky with my tee time, considering the morning wave of groups played in great weather, but I hung in there throughout the day and didn't shoot myself out of it. I have a much better tee time today and I am really looking forward to getting back out there. I really feel like I can take it low on this course and one good round puts me right back into this tournament. Thanks for checking in.

Go Red Storm!
Keegan Bradley

Keegan and the afternoon wave definitely got the bad draw with the weather as there was a steady rain from the first tee to the 17th green. It never got terrible but it was annoying and distracting for any golfer. Keeg really played well except for a couple swings. His 73 will keep him in the mix and he should go low today. Georgia University shot 19-under par to lead the event. The people at UT Chattanooga have done a great job running this Regional. Downtown Chattanooga is a different kind of place. There are a lot of brand new and restored buildings but very few people around. This could be one of the cleanest towns I have ever been in. On a side note, former STJ golfer Andrew Svoboda, shot a 68 yesterday to lead a USGA Open Qualifier on Long Island and has an opportunity to make it to the USGA Open at Torrey Pines in San Diego next month.

Frank Darby, STJ Golf
