QUEENS, N.Y. - St. John's University's head women's basketball coach, Kim Barnes Arico, opened the day of trading at the New York Board of Trade on Wednesday morning. Barnes Arico, recently named the BIG EAST's Coach of the Year, was joined by Red Storm players Danielle Chambers and Dana Petersen.

The Red Storm enjoyed another stellar season under Barnes Arico, and the program earned its first NCAA Tournament berth since 1988. The fourth-year mentor has posted back-to-back 20-win seasons and led the squad to a fourth-place finish in the BIG EAST.
