Women’s Golf Takes Sixth At BIG EAST Championships
 

 

The St. John’s women’s golf team concluded its regular season with a sixth place finish at the 2007 BIG EAST Championships. The Red Storm posted a 959 over the three round event. Junior Brittany Lamberston led her team with a 12th place finish.

Lambertson posted a 15-over par 231 (77-80-74) and was one of four Red Storm golfers to finish in the top 30. Rookie Lois Kim came in at 24th with a 243 while Samantha Tejada and Renee Cloutier tied for 26th and carded a 244 overall.

Newcomer Michelle Romano finished just outside the top 30, locking up 31st with a 253.
