OAK RIDGE, TENN. - The Saint Joseph's men's rowing team came away with a first-place finish in the Second Varsity 8 at the SIRA Regatta.

The Hawks took first in the A Final, winning by almost two seconds over local rival Temple.

Saint Joseph's Freshman 8 also placed first in the B Final with a time of 6:23.9.

The Varsity 8 was fourth in the A Final, while the Lightweight 8 took fifth in the A Final.

Next up for the Hawks is the Bergen Cup on Saturday, April 26 on the Schuylkill River.
