Under the direction of Head Coach Denise Roessler, the Saint Joseph's University women's lacrosse program is offering a winter clinic during the 2007-08 school year. The winter clinic is designed for younger players in grades 5 through 8. The clinic is taking place at Finnesey Field on March 16 from 1-4:30 p.m. Check in is at 1 p.m.

Coach Roessler is entering her tenth season as head coach of the Hawks. Roessler's collegiate coaching career saw her start the La Salle lacrosse program prior to joining the Hawks. In 2001 she led SJU to the program's only Atlantic 10 Conference tournament appearance. Assisting Roessler is Melissa Hieber, Katelyn Kinney, and Jill DePetris will also serve as instructors along with other support staff to assure a low player-to-staff ratio.

The clinic costs $55 and includes an SJU lacrosse t-shirt for all participants.
