Saint Louis head coach Rick Majerus
"The guys got their chins up off their chest. I thought Barry did a good job under difficult circumstances. I thought Adam, for the five minutes he played, did a pretty good job defensively."

"Dunston is going to be a career pro. He is going to be like Reggie Slater, one of those guys. He is a guy that is going to last forever because he can rebound, he's tough and he can defend. We did everything you could do to him, and he still had a big night."

"I thought our guys came out with a good defensive presence and executed a relatively interesting game plan defensively."

Saint Louis guard Kevin Lisch
"We really picked each other up and came through. Dunston is a force inside. He is real strong and tenacious on the ball. He is a real good player, but I think our defense in the second half was a lot better."

"Our conference is pretty weird. It seems like we are game away from being second and game away from being last. But we're just trying to keep improving every game to see where that takes us."

"We were kind of sluggish in the first half and weren't getting back on defense. We made some adjustments though and just came out and played."

Saint Louis guard Tommie Liddell III
"The coaches wanted me to be more aggressive. They were looking for me to drive more. I just wanted to come out and take what the defense gives me."

"This is great. After we broke from the huddle, the coaches said a month ago we would have lost this game. I think we are doing a better job as a team. This was a big win for us."
