ST. LOUIS - Saint Louis rising junior Jenny Nalepa (Brighton, Mich./Brighton) reached the quarterfinals of the singles main draw at the Indiana University ITA Summer Circuit tournament July 24-27.

Nalepa opened the tournament by defeating Alexandra Rice of Grand Valley State 6-4, 6-3. She followed with a 6-4, 6-4 triumph over Stanford's Elizabeth Ecker, then turned away fourth-seeded Allison Falkin of Illinois 7-6 (7), 6-1. Nalepa fell to Ohio State's Cameron Hubbs 6-3, 6-1 in the quarterfinals.

Nalepa and her Billiken teammates will host the Billiken Classic Sept. 10-12 at Dwight Davis Tennis Center.
