Stony Brook, N.Y. - Tom Koehler has been named the Stony Brook Student-Athlete of the Week. Koehler threw 8.0 shutout innings to earn his fourth win of the year as the junior hurler led the Seawolves past Vermont, 7-0. Koehler scattered nine hits over eight innings and struck out nine in the win. Koehler showed great command on the hill, not walking a single batter and stranding 10 Catamounts on the base path. He leads the Seawolves with 69 strikeouts on the year and ranks third in America East.
