The pairings have been set for the upcoming 2008 Lone Star Conference basketball championship in Bartlesville, Oklahoma at Bruin Field House.

The A&M-Commerce women (19-8), who finished third in the LSC North Division, will begin the defense of its Lone Star Conference Tournament title on Thursday, March 6th at noon against Abilene Christian. Earlier this year, the Lions defeated the Wildcats, 86-80 in overtime on January 12th.

The A&M-Commerce men (12-15), who finished fourth in the LSC North Division, will take on West Texas A&M, who won the LSC South Division, on Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. Earlier this year, West Texas A&M defeated A&M-Commerce, 72-65 in Canyon on November 29th.

Both games will be broadcast live on KETR (88.9 FM) and can also be seen on a live webcast at www.LSClive.tv. To watch the webcats, it is $5.50 per game, $21.99 for all men's or women's games or the entire tournament for $36.99.

Tickets are available individually for each of eight sessions or in all-session ticket booklets. Single-session tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students. All-session ticket booklets can be purchased at $50 for adults and $25 for students. College students must present valid I.D. at the Bruin Field House ticket gate to purchase student tickets.
