Laredo native Bobby Mancha will serve as a volunteer for assistant coach for Texas A&M International University softball this season. He is a graduate of Nixon High School and a U.S. Army Vietnam War veteran. Mancha retired from the Laredo Fire Department after 30 years of service with that organization. He has served as director of the Gateway Little League for the last 20 years. |
