OXFORD, Miss. - The No. 15 TCU women's tennis team wrapped up a four-match road trip on Thursday with a 6-1 defeat of Ole Miss at the Palmer/Salloum Tennis Center in Oxford, Miss. With the win, the Horned Frogs improved to 8-4 this season, while the Lady Rebels dropped to 4-9 overall.

"We were on the road for two weeks and had three wins in four tries," said TCU head coach Jefferson Hammond. "We're happy to have competed as hard as we did, and we're glad to get back home and get ready for Virginia on Sunday. We're continuing to get better and at this point, that's as important as anything."

TCU's 14th-ranked duo of Macall Harkins and Anna Sydorska led off doubles play with an 8-5 defeat of the No. 32 duo of Nika Koukhartchouk and Karen Nijssen at the top position. The win was the Horned Frog duo's fourth over a ranked opponent this season.
