It is Party Time!! Join the Temple Men's Basketball Team Sunday at The Draught Horse as the Owls will watch the NCAA Selection Show starting at 5:00 p.m. It will mark the 26th NCAA Tournament bid for the Cherry and White and first since 2001.
The Owls (21-12) defeated arch-rival Saint Joseph's, 69-64, in the Atlantic 10 Conference Championship game. It was a A-10 record seventh title for Temple, who was picked to finish ninth in the preseason poll. Junior Dionte Christmas was named the Most Outstanding Player of the Championship with senior Mark Tyndale earning a spot on the all-tournament team.
