1. How's your first spring practice going?
"The first couple of practices were good. I've gotten a lot better in technique. My weight went up, so that has helped a lot. "

2. What's been the best part of spring practice?
"The competition and trying to get better--better than we were last year."

3. Which one of your teammates has shown the most improvement?
"My brother (Elijah "Peanut" Joseph). He's competitive. He comes ready to practice every day."

4. Which game on the 2008 schedule are you most looking forward to playing?
"The first game--Army--to see where we're at and to see how far we've come."

5. Do people ever confuse you and your twin brother? Who's older?
"No, we don't even look alike. He's older by 20 minutes."

6. Are you related to teammate LB Alex Joseph?
"No, but we're from the same state of Connecticut."

7. What's your favorite class this semester?
"Math. I love the problem solving and thinking. I'm doing well in that class."

8. What's your favorite food?
"Spaghetti and meatballs."

9. What's the most embarrassing song on your ipod?
"A song by Day 26 called Since You've Been Gone."

10. If you could pick your dream job, what would you be?
"I'd be a high school football coach."
