Barbeque Photo Gallery

PHILADELPHIA- For its final spring practice the Temple football team invited the entire Temple student body for a barbeque at Edberg-Olson Hall on a warm and sunny Thursday afternoon.

Nearly 1,500 students and Xtra Point Club members watched the practice session and munched on hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza, and sandwiches.

Following each day of spring practice, the coaching staff awards a "Player of the Day" for the offense, defense, and special teams. Today's honorees were FB Lamar McPherson (offense), LB Alex Joseph (defense), and PK Jeff Wathne (special teams).

Temple closes out its spring schedule with the Cherry & White Game on Saturday, April 19. Kickoff is set for 1:15 p.m. at the Ambler (Pa.) Sports Complex. Admission is FREE.
