The University of Texas-Pan American men and women's track and field program will be showcasing their distance medley relay teams by traveling to the UH All-Comers Meet hosted by The University of Houston at Yeoman Field House on Saturday (Feb. 16) while junior Vanessa Brown will be traveling solo to the Tyson Invitational in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

The men's distance medley relay team will be coming off of their first place finish with a time of 10:15.96 at the Bayou Classic held last weekend at The University of Houston. The distance medley relay team has finished in the top-10 in the last three competitions.

Junior Vanessa Brown will be heading into competition at the Tyson Invitational in the 200M dash with her personal best of 25.40. Brown set the UTPA women's indoor record in the 200M dash last weekend at the Bayou Classic topping the previous record of 25.43 she set on Feb. 2 at the Houston Indoor Invitational.

The University of Texas-Pan American men and women's track and field program will be preparing for the USA Indoor Championships scheduled for Feb. 23 in Boston, MA.
