Laabs and Filip Capture 2008 Athletic Director's Scholar-Athlete Awards

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - Senior Keith Laabs of Memphis, Tenn. and senior Laura Filip of Durham, N.C. are the winners of the 2007-08 Athletic Director's Scholar-Athlete Awards for the sports of men's and women's swimming and diving, respectively. Laabs and Filip recently were honored at halftime of a UNC men's basketball game with the honor.
