Recorded a triple and an RBI in his collegiate debut against Brown on April 2... Went 2-for-4 with an RBI and two runs scored against Duquesne on April 5... Had two hits and two RBI against Duquesne on April 6... Went 2-for-3 with an RBI at Connecticut on April 9... Went 3-for-4 with a game-winning double against Saint Louis on April 11... Went 3-for-5 recording his first career homerun and also had an RBI and two runs scored against Hartford on April 16... Had two hits, two RBI, and three runs scored against Richmond on April 19... Hit a game-winning pinch-hit single against Saint Joseph's on May 2.

Graduated from Bishop Hendricken High School before spending a year as an honor roll student at Worcester Academy... Played three years of varsity baseball... Helped lead team to 2005 State Championship... Also earned All-Division and All-Central Mass Prep League First Team honors in track.
