    THIS YEAR: Senior Allison Rojewski is one of USC's top returners in the 800m race and appears poised for a breakout season.

    2010: Had a season best in the 800m of 2:14.33 to capture third place at the USC-UCLA Dual Meet on May 1. Had her best 1500m time of the season of 4:44.63 to place 14th at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational on April 10.

    2009: Set a PR in the 800m with a time of 2:13.86 at the Long Beach Invitational on April 18. Also set her 1500m PR of 4:40.23 to finish fifth at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational on April 4. Placed sixth with a time of 4:41.27 in the 1500m at the USC-UCLA Dual Meet on May 2. Ran in the 800m race at the Pac-10 Championships and finished with a time of 2:17.48 while battling an asthma issue during the race. 2008: Had a season-best time of 2:17 in the 800m in the USC-UCLA Dual Meet on May 3.

    HIGH SCHOOL: Rojewski is a 2007 graduate of Desert Vista High in Phoenix, Ariz. Finished fifth in the 800m race as a junior at the Arizona High School Track and Field Championships. Helped lead Desert Vista to a second-place finish at the 2005 Arizona Cross Country Championships. Placed eighth in the state in the 400m dash as a freshman with a time of 1:00.94. Also ran the first leg for the 4x400m relay team which placed fourth in Arizona. Took fourth place in the 800m race with a time of 2:19.35 at the 2007 Chandler Rotary Seeded Invitational. Ranked sixth in Arizona as a senior in the 800m with a time of 2:17.83.

    PERSONAL: Allison was born on Feb. 6, 1989 in Chicago, Ill. She is a Biological Sciences major at USC and is interested in pursuing a career in veterinary medicine. Was named to the 2009 and 2010 Pac-10 Cross Country All-Academic second teams.
