USC finished the 2015 indoor regular season with the women's team ranked No. 10 and the men's team ranked No. 17 according to the latest U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) poll released on March 9. USC has five individual women plus a relay team and three individual men which have qualified for the 2015 NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships to be held at Randal Tyson Track Center in Fayetteville, Ark. on March 13-14. The meet will be streamed live on ESPN3 beginning at 4 p.m. (PT) both days and be shown taped delayed on ESPNU on March 22 at 4:30 p.m. (PT).

The women's team is coming off an impressive showing at the MPSF Championships, winning their second consecutive team title. The men's team, in just its first season of competing in the conference, also had a strong meet, finishing a close second.

The athletes who qualified to represent USC at the championships are Andre De Grasse (60m, 200m), Alexis Faulknor (60m), Tynia Gaither (60m, 200m), Dior Hall (60m HH), Deanna Hill (60m), BeeJay Lee (60m), Conor McCullough (WT) and Ky Westbrook (60m). The women who qualified as part of the 4x400m relay team are Kendall Ellis, Amalie Iuel, Vanessa Jones and Jaide Stepter.

Athletes ranking in the top 16 individually and the top 12 relay teams qualified for the NCAA Indoor Championships, but USC was strong across the board with 19 athletes and two relay teams ranking among the top 30 in the country during the indoor season.

The USC women's team has four athletes qualified in the 60m dash (Faulknor, Gaither, Hill and Westbrook). That number is tied for the fourth-most entries in one event in the 50-year history of the indoor championships and the first time a men's or women's team has had four athletes qualify in the 60m dash.
