Enos, Fusaro, Witt Post Wins At Bruin Diving Invitational

    Junior Dashiell Enos and sophomore Maddie Witt won the men’s and women’s platform, respectively, while freshman Henry Fusaro won men’s 3-meter to highlight USC’s efforts during the Bruin Diving Invitational completed Sunday (Jan. 15) at UCLA.

    Enos won the men’s platform today to close the meet with a winning total of 753.05 while freshman Caleb Dixon was third (556.65) and freshman Nick Mamola was fifth (536.20).

    Fusaro won the 1-meter on Saturday with 749.50 while Enos was second (696.60), Dixon was fifth (555.40) and Mamola was seventh (458.70). On 1-meter, Fusaro was second (622.85), Enos was third (578.75) and Mamola was fourth (542.50).

    Witt won platform on Saturday with 545.20, edging freshman teammate Carly Souza’s 520.65. Freshman Naomi Gowlett was fourth (467.55), one of three top four finishes for the freshman during the invitational.

    Gowlett led the Trojans on 1-meter Friday with 614.20 with Witt eighth (516.75) and Souza 10th (502.50). On Sunday, Gowlett again led USC divers on springboard, taking fourth on 3-meter with 569.15. Witt was fifth (564.30) and Souza was ninth (536.65).
