Cristian Quintero captured his third `A' final berth in as many days, led USC's 400y free relay to a school record and the top seed in tonight's race while four Trojans earned `B' final spots during the final morning of the 2015 NCAA Men's Swimming and Diving Championships in Iowa City, Iowa, on Saturday (March 28).

The Trojans, who will head into the final session in fifth, broke the school record in the 400y free relay as Quintero and sophomores Santo Condorelli, Ralf Tribuntsov and Dylan Carter clocked a 2:48.24, lowering the 2013 mark by 0.09. Cal finished second overall a tick behind at 2:48.28.

Quintero opened with a 42.40, fastest lead off of the morning. That swim complemented his 42.26 that was good enough to earn the third seed in this evening's 100y free final and just 0.08 from the top seed. He was third in the race last year.

Condorelli claimed his third `B' final bid and Carter his second as they finished 12th (42.49) and 16th (42.61), respectively in the 100y free. Carter's time lowered his PR by 0.53.
