The USC men's volleyball team won a pair of its four matches and tied another at the pre-season Long Beach State Fall Tournament on Saturday (Nov. 8).

The Trojans began the day with wins over UCLA, 26-24, 25-20, and Hope International, 25-12, 25-20, in the best-of-three matches. Troy then fell to host Long Beach State, 25-22, 25-21, before splitting sets with Hawaii, 25-21, 23-25 (the coaches decided not to play a third set).

The Trojans conclude their pre-season competition by playing at the UCLA SAC Tournament on Nov. 14 and 15 before hosting Alberta in an exhibition on Dec. 31 in the Galen Center Pavilion. Troy begins its 2015 regular season with a non-conference road match at Grand Canyon on Jan. 7 before opening MPSF play at home on Jan. 16 against Pepperdine.
