USC Men's Volleyball Loses Twice at SAC Tourney

    LOS ANGELES - The USC men's volleyball team dropped a pair of 5-set matches on Saturday (Nov. 23) on the second day of the 4-team SAC Tournament at UCLA.

    The Trojans fell to UC Santa Barbara, 25-15, 25-23, 22-25, 17-25, 16-14, then lost to Cal State Northridge, 25-20, 20-25, 25-23, 22-25, 15-12.

    In the day's other matches, the Gauchos and Matadors fell to UCLA, which also swept USC on Friday (Nov. 22).

    The Trojans next host Alberta in an exhibition on Dec. 31 in the Galen Center. Troy begins its 2014 spring season with non-conference road matches at Loyola-Chicago on Jan. 4 and Lewis on Jan. 5.
