Higgins, a tall guard at 6-0, was a member of the All-CIF First Team while also being named SoCal Player of the Year in her time at Chaminade College Prep High School. She's earned a prestigious honor in her selection to the Jordan Brand Classic All-American West Team.

Higgins and Moore are set to join the Women of Troy as freshmen next season, along with fellow signees Asiah Jones and Ja'Tavia Tapley. In all, the stellar new class weighs in at No. 7 in the nation according to Blue Star and No. 10 according to espnW HoopGurlz.
