The list of honors bestowed on USC's incoming Women of Troy has grown even longer with the announcement of the PARADE and EA Sports All-Americans. All three incoming freshmen - Ashley Corral, Briana Gilbreath and Michelle Jenkins - have been awarded All-American honors.

Ashley Corral - also a 2007 McDonald's All-American - was selected to PARADE's Fourth Team All-American list and was named Second Team All-America by EA Sports. Her fellow incoming McDonald's All-American, Briana Gilbreath, is a Third Team PARADE All-American and a First Team pick by EA Sports. Also receiving EA Sports First Team All-America honors is Michelle Jenkins. The trio is set to join the Trojan roster for the 2008-09 season.

A 5-9 point guard, Corral (Vancouver, Wash./Prairie HS) was named the 2007-08 Gatorade Washington Girls Basketball Player of the Year and also was tabbed the State Player of the Year by the Seattle Times. Gilbreath (Katy, Texas/Cinco Ranch HS), a 6-1 guard, was selected to PrepTicket.com's All-Houston First Team. 6-3 post player Jenkins (Beaverton, Ore./Southridge HS) was named the 2006-07 Oregon Gatorade Player of the Year after helping her Southridge High School team win its third straight state title.
