Trojans Win Twice More To Capture SDSU March Mayhem Title|

The No. 2 USC women's golf team raced through four matches in 36 hours, including a semifinal win over Fresno State and a victory over BYU in the title match, to win the SDSU March Mayhem at the Farms in Rancho Santa Fe, Calif., on Tuesday (March 21), successfully defending its 2016 title.
The Trojans, who won for the third time this season, defeated the Cougars, 4.5-0.5, in the title match after downing Fresno State, 3.5-1.5.
Senior Gabriella Then and freshmen Muni He and Allisen Corpuz all won their matches vs. BYU, 2&1, while senior Victoria Morgan won hers, 2up. Senior Tiffany Chan led 1up late in her match when action was called.
In the semifinals, Then won 6&5 while He won 5&4. Chan won her match 3&2, Morgan dropped hers, 2&1, and Corpuz was tied in her match when play ended.
The Trojans return to action Saturday in a tri-match with host Pepperdine and visiting Northwestern starting at noon at Moorepark C.C.
