USC Women's Rowing Christens V4+ Shell|

SAN PEDRO, Calif. -- This morning (April 6) at the USC Boat House in San Pedro, Calif., the USC women's rowing team christened the V4+ shell. The boat was christened "Excell" as named by Trojan rowing donor Dr. Jelena Kunovac after the research company she created.
Dr. Kunovac is a Founder and Chief Executive and Chief Medical Officer of Altea Research in Las Vegas, Nevada. She is also a Co-Founder, President and CEO of Excell Research and Southern California Women's Psychiatry, both of which are private facilities dedicated to clinical care and psychopharmacology research in Oceanside, California. Dr. Kunovac has over 20 years of clinical trial experience and travels as a guest lecturer in her specialized fields of psychiatric study.
Her daughter Andrea Basaraba was a four-year letter winner on the USC women's swim team.
Dr. Kunovac has been a wonderful supporter of USC athletics by supporting USC Swimming, Men's and Women's Water Polo, Rowing, The Mark Stevens Academic Center and the Uytengsu Aquatic Center.
