Virginia Commonwealth University is accepting applications for the position of Head Women's Track & Field/Cross Country Coach. VCU is an NCAA Division I-AAA institution and is a member of the Colonial Athletic Association.

Responsibilities will include the development, management, administration and supervision of a Division I program. Duties will include but are not limited to: directing all aspects of the women's track & field/cross country program; identifying and recruiting qualified student-athletes; scheduling; planning and organizing practice; and overseeing administrative process of team travel, budget management, eligibility, and academic progress of student-athletes.

Candidate should have experience working in a culturally diverse university environment. Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred. A minimum of three (3) years Division I coaching experience or comparable level is required; head coaching experience preferred.
