Florida Southern College, Head Men's & Women's Cross Country/Track & Field Coach

Florida Southern College, an NCAA Division II school, seeks qualified applicants for the position of head men's and women's cross country/track and field coach.

Primary responsibilities: Plans, directs, and administers all aspects of the men's and women's cross country/track and field programs, including overseeing budget; recruits and provides academic oversight for student-athletes; ensures compliance with College and NCAA rules and regulations; promotes Florida Southern College and its athletics program through community involvement, public relations, and fund raising under the direction of the athletics director; some classroom teaching involved.

Requirements: Master's degree from accredited institution, minimum 3-5 years successful collegiate cross country/track and field coaching experience. Salary agreement is for nine months; salary commensurate with education and experience.
