HEAD MEN'S & WOMEN'S CROSS COUNTRY & ASSISTANT MEN'S & WOMEN'S TRACK COACH Northern State University is seeking applicants for the position of Head Men's and Women's Cross Country Coach and Assistant Men's and Women's Track Coach. This is a full-time, ten-month position with a competitive salary and excellent fringe benefits. Successful applicants will be responsible for the organization and administration of all facets of the men's and women's cross country program, as well as assisting with the men's and women's track programs and recruiting coordinator for both the cross country and track programs. This position will report to the coordinator of track and cross-country programs as well as to the Athletic Director. Other duties may be assigned by the Athletic Director. Master's degree required. Preference will be given to candidates with successful coaching and recruiting exposure at the college level. Position: Full-time Head Men's and Women's Cross Country Coach and Assistant Men's and Women's Track Coach. Qualifications: Master's degree in physical education is required. Preference will be given to candidates with successful coaching and recruiting experience at the collegiate level. Responsibilities: Responsible for the organization and administration of all facets of the men's and women's cross country program, as well as assisting with the men's and women's track programs. Will serve as recruiting coordinator for both the cross country and track programs. This position will report to the Head Track and Field Coach as well as to the Athletic Director. Setting: Northern State University is an NCAA Division II institution and a member of the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference. NSU's challenging multi-faceted curriculum offers 38 majors and 42 minors, as well as six associate, eight pre-professional and nine graduate degree areas.
