Westminster College of Missouri
Head Coach of Men and Women's Cross Country and Track and Field

The athletic department of Westminster College is currently accepting applications for the position of Head Coach of Men and Women's Cross Country and Track and Field starting August 1, 2008. The 2008-09 school year will serve as the inaugural season for the Cross Country and Track and Field programs at Westminster College. Responsibilities will include managing all aspects of the development of this program with a specific emphasis placed on recruiting for 2009 and beyond. Westminster College is a member of the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference and NCAA Division III.

Desired Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
2. Understanding of Division III philosophy
3. Appreciation for the role of athletics in small liberal arts colleges with rigorous settings
4. Experience recruiting success oriented student athletes
