HOPE COLLEGE. Assistant to the Athletic Directors and Assistant Coach. Salary: Funded by NCAA grant for 10 months plus an additional development stipend, a housing stipend, medical coverage, and FICA expenses. This position reports to and is evaluated by the Director of Women's Athletics. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a sincere desire to enter athletic administration. Applicants must have experience in intercollegiate athletics as an employee or student-athlete. Strong interpersonal communication, organizational, and writing skills required as well as a working knowledge of intercollegiate athletics.
