Bridgewater College - Assistant Cross Country Coach Bridgewater College is seeking a part-time Assistant Cross Country Coach to work with various aspects of a successful cross-country program. RESPONSIBILITIES: The successful candidate will be heavily involved in the recruiting process of prospective student athletes. This includes placing phone calls, speaking with high school coaches, athletes and parents, attending high school meets, arranging campus visits, etc. The assistant coach will work closely with the head coach in other areas of the program to include practice planning and management, monitoring improvement and performance as well as providing support and encouragement for team members. Attendance at morning and afternoon practices and various team functions can be arranged to coordinate with other employment obligations. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field required. Experience coaching cross country or running collegiate cross country preferred.
