OREM, Utah - A pair of track athletes in Danny Moody and Chelsea Baker have been named the Perry Homes Utah Valley Scholar Athletes of the Month for February.

Baker, a freshman from South Jordan, Utah, maintains a 3.53 grade point average while performing as one of the Wolverines top women's sprinters on the track.

Baker was part of Utah Valley's indoor record-setting medley team as she ran the 400 meter leg of the race. The medley team broke the previous school record by nearly 20 seconds on Feb. 9 in Pocatello, Idaho.

Moody, a junior Utah Country native from Provo and Timpview High School, holds an impressive 3.93 GPA in community health education.

Moody is coming off an excellent indoor track season. In one meet hosted by Idaho State, Moody set personal records in the mile run of 4:16.34 and the 3000 meters (time was 15:13).
