ABOUT THE SEAHAWKS... The Seahawks look to tie the school record for most wins in a season and keep their NEC regular season title hopes alive by hosting FDU tonight. Wagner is a perfect 7-0 in NEC home games this season. The Seahawks saw their five-game winning streak come to an end on Saturday, dropping a 74-52 decision at Robert Morris.

The Seahawks played a solid first half in building a 13-point early lead and led by seven at halftime. But the Colonials broke the game open with a 23-4 run over the final 10 minutes of the game to win going away. The Seahawks are now tied with Sacred Heart for second place n the NEC, one game behind the Colonials. Following the FDU game, Wagner concludes its regular season at home against Quinnipiac on Saturday. in a game that will be televised (tape delay) by Time Warner Cable

WAGNER 5-0 IN OVERTIME GAMES THIS SEASON... The five overtime wins recorded by Wagner is tied for the second-most single-season OT wins in NCAA history with 13 other schools. The record for most OT wins in a single season is six, set by Wake Forest in 1984 (6-1) and matched by Chattanooga in 1989 (6-0) and by Lafayette, which is 6-1 in OT this season.

FOURTH 20th-WIN SEASON IN SCHOOL HISTORY... The victory gave Wagner its fourth 20-win season in school history, joining the 1967-68 (21-8), 1978-79 (21-7) and the 2002-03 team (21-11) in this exclusive club.

DEANE WINS 20...AGAIN... Mike Deane has secured the ninth 20-win season of his career (four at Siena, four at Marquette and one at Wagner).

ON THE MARK... Senior guard Mark Porter (Atlantic City, NJ/St. Augustine Prep) also tallied 20 points and added nine rebounds and six assists at Saint Francis...Porter became the 12th player in Wagner history to eclipse the 1,500-point mark (1,508 points)...Porter's three rebounds versus RMU give him an even 500 for his career, while his four assists gave him 497, which moved him into fifth all-time at the school...With three more assists, he will become just the second player in NEC history to record 500 rebounds and 500 assists in his career, joining Mount's Gregory Harris (1996-00).

DOUBLE-DOUBLE DURELL... Senior center Durell Vinson (Vineland, NJ/St. Augustine Prep) recorded his 11th career double-double and 25th of his career with 16 points and 15 rebounds versus RMU...Vinson's 837 rebounds moved him up to fifth on the Wagner all-time list and 10th in NEC history.Vinson now has 1,089 career points and has moved up to 28th on the Seahawk career list.

BEST RECORD IN METRO AREA... Wagner's 20-7 overall record is the best record of any New York City Metro area school.

13 NEC VICTORIES... The 13 NEC wins are the third-highest single-season total by a Wagner team as the 2001-02 squad won 15 NEC games, the 2002-03 team won 14 and the 1992-93 won 12.
