It's Good to Be Back

• The Phoenix has already completed the road portion of the 2007-08 regular season, and will close the slate with three straight at home from Feb. 23-March 1.
• It matches the longest home stand of the season, as Green Bay also played three consecutive games at the Resch Center from Jan. 19-26.
• No Horizon League team has played more true road contests this season than Green Bay (14).

Green Bay All Time vs. Western Michigan
• Green Bay is 1-3 all time against Western Michigan in a series that dates back to 1973.
• However, the Phoenix is 1-0 against the Broncos since joining Division I.
• The two schools have not met in a quarter of a century, since November of 1982, an 81-43 blowout win for the Phoenix.
• Western Michigan has visited Green Bay just once previously and pulled out a 51-50 victory on Dec. 6, 1975.
• Next year, the Phoenix will travel to Kalamazoo, Mich., to face Western Michigan in a return game.

Green Bay in the BracketBusters Series
• On Saturday night, Green Bay will play Western Michigan (15-10, 9-3 MAC) as the Phoenix participates in the O'Reilly ESPNU BracketBusters pool for the fifth straight season.
• It is the fourth time that the Phoenix will play a home game as part of the mid-major weekend.
• Green Bay picked up its first-ever victory in the event last year, an 82-76 win at Northern Illinois.
• All four of Green Bay's previous BracketBusters games have been decided by 10 points or less, with an average margin of just 6.8 points per game.

Snapping the Streak
• Green Bay has lost four straight games, which is the first time the Phoenix has done that since falling in the final four games of the 2004-05 campaign.
• The Phoenix has not dropped five games in succession since the 2001-02 campaign, a span of 189 contests.

Tracking the League Bracket
• As it stands heading into the final week of the regular season, the Phoenix would be the No. 6 seed and would host No. 7 Valparaiso in a first-round Horizon League Tournament game on Tuesday, March 4.
• The current potential second round opponents would be either No. 3 seed Cleveland State or No. 10 Detroit.

Home Sweet Home
• The Phoenix is 9-2 at home this season and needs just one win to pick up 10 home victories for the fifth consecutive year.
• Green Bay opened the campaign with six straight wins for second straight year and fourth time in the last five campaigns.
