Ricketts, Canada U-23s Face United States Thursday Night

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Green Bay men's soccer standout Tosaint Ricketts and his CONCACAF Men's Olympic Qualifying team will face the United States tonight, with the winner earning a berth to the 2008 Olympics in China.

Both teams will face off at 8 p.m. central time at LP Field in Nashville, Tenn. in a game televised live in the United States on Fox Soccer. The game can also be followed on ussoccer.com's MatchTracker.

Ricketts aided Canada in pool play, as he tallied two goals in a 5-0 win over Guatemala March 16. Ricketts also scored twice in a warm-up contest against Westmont College leading up to the qualifying pool play.

Regardless of its result against the United States, Canada will wrap up the event March 23 with championship and third-place action in Nashville.
