MINNEAPOLIS - The Green Bay men's tennis team (1-4) continued its schedule against tough foes Sunday, dropping a 7-0 decision to Big 12 foe Oklahoma in a neutral court contest.

The Sooners had the upper hand, taking the early lead with the doubles point on wins at No. 1 and No. 3 doubles. Green Bay's Matt Keesey and Matt Clegg won for the Phoenix at No. 2 doubles, posting an 8-4 victory.

Green Bay forced two three-set tie breakers on the day at No. 2 and No. 4 singles. Mark Goldin rallied with a 7-6 win in the second set of his No. 2 singles match with Sengey Avdeyev, but could not hold on, dropping the tie-breaker 10-1.

Matt Keesey took the first set of his singles match at the No. 4 slot, but Oklahoma's Alex Joitoiz rallied for a 4-6, 6-2, 10-7 win.

Green Bay returns to action Friday, Feb. 15 with a neutral court contest with Niagara at Fort Wayne, Ind.
