GREEN BAY, Wis. - Craig Klatt, a tennis professional at Western Racquet and Fitness Club, has been named an assistant coach for the Green Bay men's tennis team, head coach Dan Oliver announced today.

"I'm excited to have someone with Craig's background helping our men's tennis program," said Oliver. "He is a great teacher of the game and is well respected. We look forward to what he will bring to our team."

Klatt began his position at Western Racquet in November, where he serves as a tennis teaching professional. He also has worked as a USPTA instructor at Green Bay Country Club as an on-court professional.

At the prep level, Klatt has seven seasons of experience as a tennis coach for both the boy's and girl's tennis teams at Bay Port High School in Suamico, Wis.

Green Bay (0-1) will face Eastern Illinois Saturday, Feb. 2 at 10 a.m.
