Phoenix Fast Fact: Green Bay is 9-0 all-time on Valentine's Day, including 3-0 against current league teams.

Scouting Green Bay: Green Bay gained a key Horizon League road win Feb. 9, as the Phoenix held off a late Cleveland State rally to top the Vikings 69-61 to take a two-game lead in the Horizon League race in halting CSU's six-game winning streak. Junior Kati Harty matched a career-high 18 points to lead Green Bay while Kayla Groh added 15 points and four assists. Rachel Porath and Lavesa Glover added 10 points apiece.

Kayla Groh was named to the ESPN the Magazine Academic All-District V second team for the second straight year, the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) announced Feb. 7. Groh becomes the third Phoenix player in that time span to be a two-time honoree. In the classroom, Groh boasts a 3.68 grade point average in business administration. With Groh's selection, Green Bay continued its streak of academic success; Since 1999, eight Green Bay women's basketball student-athletes have earned Academic All-District V honors 11 times.

With its recent proficiency at the free throw line, Green Bay is now ranked in the top 30 in the NCAA in all three shooting categories, making the Phoenix the only team in the nation that can make that claim. Green Bay is first in three-point percentage (.436), third in field goal percentage (.494) and 26th in free throw percentage (.752).

Scouting Valparaiso: The Crusaders are coming off a two-win weekend after defeating Loyola Feb. 7 69-62 and following up with a 76-46 victory over UIC. Against the Flames Feb. 9, three players were in double figures for Valpo, led by Aimee Litka's 15 points. Katie Emig came off the bench for 13 points and eight rebounds.

Agnieszka Kulaga leads Valpo with 14.8 points per ame while Litka is close behind with a 14.4 ppg clip. Both are tied for the team lead in rebounding with 5.3 caroms per contest.

Green Bay looks to avenge its lone Horizon League loss with tonight's contest. Valpo defeated the Phoenix 90-88 in overtime on a buzzer-beating three-pointer by Launa Hochstetler. Green Bay owns a 15-4 lead in the all-time series, with a 7-2 lead in Green Bay.
