Senior Salute Set For May 1

MILWAUKEE - The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee men's basketball team will hold its Senior Salute early next month. The event is scheduled for Thursday, May 1 from 6-8 p.m. at Joey Buona's, located at 500 N. Water Street in downtown Milwaukee. The gathering will provide a chance for fans to thank 2007-08 Panther seniors Allan Hanson, Paige Paulsen and Marcus Skinner for their contributions to the program while players and coaches will say thank you to the fans for their support. Food will be provided at the event, which will also include a cash bar. Those planning to attend must RSVP by April 28 to DeeDee Merritt at (414) 229-5158 or deidrem@uwm.edu. After 5 pm, parking is available in the Chase Building across the street for just $3 or in the Public Market parking lot for free.
