Bode was a three-time All-Horizon League selection, including First Team honors in both 2007 and 2005. The three-year team captain has earned numerous academic honors, including Third Team ESPN The Magazine Academic All-America and All-Region NSCAA Scholar Athlete accolades.

Dombrowski led the team in goals, assist, points, shots, shots on goal and minutes played this fall and was recently named First Team ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District. He has been a member of the Horizon League Honor Roll and was selected league Scholar-Athlete of the week Oct. 8 this season.

Ogorzalek is a four-year player who started 14 times in 19 games as a senior in 2007, both career-highs. He has earned UWM's Faculty Athletic Representative Award for having the highest GPA on his team and has been a Horizon League Honor Roll member.

This was not the only academic honor UWM was awarded this week. The Panther men were also once again named a recipient of the NCSAA/adidas Team Academic Award from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.

The award is given annually to schools with a composite grade point average of 3.00 for the academic year, honoring achievements during the 2006 season and the 2006-07 academic calendar.

The men's team posted a 3.05 team GPA under head coach Jon Coleman, joining Loyola and Valparaiso in earning the honor for both men's and women's teams. Only 25 Division I schools had both their men's and women's programs earn the honor.
