YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee women's tennis team wrapped up its weekend road trip to Ohio with a 6-1 loss at Youngstown State Sunday.

The Panthers' lone point came thanks to a singles victory by Kari Kastenholz, who has won eight of her last nine singles outings.

Kastenholz also teamed with Sammi Schoen to capture a victory at #1 doubles, but UWM dropped the other two doubles contests and the five other singles matches.

"Youngstown was really able to capture the momentum by winning the doubles point from us," UWM head coach Matt McCaskill said. "Kari rebounded nicely from losing a tough match yesterday and Sammi really played well for us before falling and having to retire during her singles match."

UWM will wrap up the regular season with a pair of home matches this week. The Panthers face UIC Wednesday at noon before entertaining Green Bay Saturday at 6 pm.
