Opening statement
It was a hard fought game but we never found a good way to stop them. The first five minutes of each half hurt us. We got in foul trouble but, holy cow, you have to give them all credit. At one point, 10 minutes into game, they had 12 offensive boards - that combined with shooting is hard to stop. I'm proud of the seniors, they didn't quit. Really at this time of the season it's about playing hard. It's a disappointing loss but I'm proud of the team.

On WT's run to answer SBU
The game didn't go how we wanted it to go. They have a lot of firepower and we couldn't keep up. Similar to the LSC tournament we got in foul trouble. WE'd prefer to keep the game possession to possession.

On the game plan at halftime
We talked about not turning the ball over and guarding to make 3's hard.

On SBU's three-point shooting
A lot of the shots they take are good fro them. They shoot well and it made the difference in the game. The second half was huge and we couldn't keep up.

On career
I'm very proud of what we did here and I'm proud of us seniors. We fought. It's hard for the seniors but I'm really proud.

On what it meant to play for his father
I can't describe it. You build relationships through sports, but with family and sports, it's exponentially better. I'll cherish it forever and it's brought the whole family closer.
